this a company that i wouldn't use ever again... Sheila call us to transport a car from IL to ME ,we agree to do it for her as long the car is COD ,she said it is. we got to delivery point to find out that the customer got charge everything on the card...... Sheila promise us to pay with the credit card and after we deliver the car we couldn't get hold of Sheila again.... Nothing but a liars NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

WHO IS THE LIAR HERE? I never called or booked a load with you. Barbara booked a load that you called about. The trip sheet went out COD and then the customer without our nowledge went online and paid the full transport costs when they received our dispatch notification. We told the driver we we would take care of getting them their payment once the check cleared our bank. In the mean time this driver continued to call Barb at our company and make all kinds of lewd remarks and wanted to meet her and do all these things to her. At one point she refused to even take his calls. We do not issue payment until we receive a Signed Bill of Lading. When this company sends us the proper paperwork payment will be taken care of. There are proper procedures to follow and we can not do our part unless they do theirs. Once we receive all proper documentions payment goes out within 30 days. AFM Nationwide wants what they want but does not want to follow proper procedures or protocol. There is a reason for all this being in place and that is for the protection of our customers.
