| Knew the quote was too good to be true... |
Got quoted $875 for a 1999 Toyota 4Runner from Notre Dame, IN to Palo Alto, CA. Most other companies were in the $1,000-1,100 range, but since I read so many positive reviews and they were ranked so high on this website, I tried to book it immediately. They never really got back in touch with me, and the only thing I ever heard from them when I called was that they were currently looking for a driver in the area. Poor customer service, zero follow-up, and even if they came back to me and said 'Hey, fuel is $4.50 a gallon now so that quote was inaccurate...' I would have at least considered staying with them if they re-quoted me a reasonable price - but I didn't even get that courtesy. It's a wonder to me how companies like this stay in business. Would not recommend and will never use in the future...

Our outstanding positive record speaks for itself. Despite his harsh words, John Kuchinski did not cancel his order. We cancelled it. Hard to do business with people who speak that way.
Customer John Kuchinski of South Bend, Indiana made his vehicle available the week before the 4th of July. Major holidays, i.e. Xmas - Easter - the 4th of July - often times slow things down. Other customers understand that, but evidently not Kooch, or JD, as he prefers. Hopefully JD avoids major holidays the next time he ships a vehicle.
