This is the second car I've shipped long distance, but the first one I've sent with Eric and 1st Call. The experiences couldn't have been more different. Eric's knowledge was evident from the start, and he laid out the possibilities in a clear and understandable manner, explaining the pros and cons of open vs. closed transport, and other relevant factors.
His worth was really proven, however, when DHL failed to deliver one paperwork form in time to the dealer. The car couldn't be picked up at the original date and time, and I was going out of town exactly when everything was hitting the fan. Even though Eric himself was at a family event out of state, he stayed on top of things, and got me rescheduled with the same carrier for another day.
The car arrived in good shape, on time and at the exact price quoted - no nasty surprises. Look, there's a lot of stress when shipping a vehicle. For me, 1st Call was able to minimize that stress. Thanks, Eric - I'd definately use you again!
