I had not shipped vehicle before and was suspicious of the process and these review websites. If you are also and are military, look me up in AKO white pages under Chaplain (MAJ) Steve Peck.
Kathy at Red Carpet Transport did excellent job in finding carrier that met the price range I desired and maintaining contact with me. Original quote was $549, because she gave me military discount of $50. She promptly and courteously called to keep me informed of my status and gave me options. I selected carrier that was $25 over the original quote because they could pick up the next day, which was very helpful for me. Carrier was also courteous and picked up at my front door and delivered to front door in TX within 48 hours. I would have spent more money than that just in driving and flying back, not to mention time consumed. Transaction on receiving end was equally smooth. Next time I ship a vehicle, I won't let dozens of brokers and carriers clog my email inbox, I'll just call Kathy at Red Carpet Transport and use them again. I'm definitely satisfied customer.
