I had been scammed by NAT (National Auto Transport). The company took my deposit, and never picked up my car (you can see my review of the company on this website). I had to leave for CA, and was a total mess....it was my first move, my cars were still in VA, and I had a horrible time dealing with NAT. It was so incredibly stressful.
I found the good reviews for United Auto Transport on this website. I called them Saturday, May 31st. Tanya was so wonderful, sympathetic of my situation, and nice. She had a driver pick up my car in VA within 2 hours. I was totally amazed! She did the order with me over the phone, and waived the fee for paying in full with a credit card (we are military). It truly is a great feeling to have someone come through for you and give you a 'sense of security' in a time of need.
I was so happy when they arrived to my house in VA in only a few hours. My neighbor was able to sign off for the cars. The driver estimated 10 days, but I received my car in 7 days!! I was so happy, and the cars were in perfect condition...and nothing was stolen out of the cars (I put a bunch of items in the cars). The drivers were nice, and I was able to call Tanya during the week to find out where the cars were. To have door to door service was wonderful!
The cost was a little mroe than I wanted to pay ($2400 for two cars), but it was worth it since I went through so much with NAT. Thanks to Tanya and United Auto Tranport!
