HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Review:

I was quoted a price of $850, with a $125 deposit and $725 due upon delivery, signed the contract and sent it over. When I checked my credit card statement I saw that I was charged $200 upfront. When I called them they refused to connect me with my sales person because they told me he was too busy with potential customers. I tell them I want the $75 credited back to my card, and they said that was not possible but they would take the extra charge off the balance when my car was delivered so I would only owe $650. They assured me that my total cost would not change. Well fast forward to my car being delivered- the hauler tells me that I owe $725 instead of $650 and shows me the original contract!

All this I could deal with- chalk it up to an honest mistake. However when I called CCAT to explain to them the situation they lied to me and said that the hauler had to raise their rates and thats why I was charged more. NOT TRUE- I spoke to the driver who said this company does that all the time to get a bigger deposit. Driver tells me that their rates did not change, this was the original price agreed upon. Shady huh? So I tell customer service I want to speak to a supervisor- I am put on hold for 40 minutes and then hung up on. I call back 3 more times and have the same experience. So I call back determined to get someone to explain to me what happened, and my calls weren't even answered(caller id i suppose). I left 10 messages with no call back- finally gave up and went through my credit card company and they credited me back the $75 dollars.

BEWARE!!! these brokers are dishonest and alll these people care about is getting your deposit!! You will be their LAST priority once you hand it over! Too bad for them because since that happened I have referred 3 people to the actual carrier of my vehicle who did a great job by the way.

That is completly not true she did go through her credit card company and was DENIED the $75 charge.she was never charged extra additional she was charged a fuel surcharge that well lets face it Gas has gone UP. We gave her the option of waiting an extra week and we will do it at the cod $725 but she didnt want to wait so there is nothing we can do.We have to understand the drivers they are paying alot for gas and if they dont get they money they want we cant force them too and it doesnt happen eveyday that someone gets hit.Its rare but it does happen
