A little background on transport

Ultimate Logistics is at the mercy of the transport companies they use to deliver a car. THOSE transport companies are at the mercy of the weather and other things outside their control. We had an issue with the Transport companies phone being disconnected during an office move, a trailer that was down for service, and two big weather events that prevented the transporter from getting to the pickup location on time.

That said, communication with Ultimate Logistics was good, and once we had a working phone number, the Transport Company (From There to Here) was responsive and did a great job getting an oversize vehicle 2000 miles unscathed.

I can understand people being upset if their only car is late, we weren't in that boat and our experience (even at a week late) was a good one.
