I searched everywhere trying to find a carrier for my car. I moved from Boston to Oakland. Although Bullseye had the lowest quote, I was suspicious because I have been told you get what you pay for. I read all the reviews and they were all in favor of this Carla woman??? I called, and got v-mail, I left a message.
Carla called me back and the magic began. She was just so very comforting even in her voice (which I needed to hear to determine my comfort level). She explained the process to me, worked around my schedule and put the plan into process.
Next, I got a call from Victor, who is an Italian with still an accent! The sweetest most patient guy ever. He went to pick up my car and the storage place was Closed. He waited all weekend, then when the guy finally shows up at 9am (everyone who could not help Victor locate my car was there at 7am). Victor says where my car was stored he has never seen so many cars in his life. The guy tells Victor to go find my car. He so could have left, I would have! Victor located my car. Since it had been sitting for 7months, the battery was dead, the car would not start! (If I had not left earlier, I would have left then!) Victor jump started my car.
Victor contacted me throughout every stage to let me know where he was and about how long it would be. Eleven days later he brought me my car. Since the weight was too heavy to bring across the Bay Bridge, Victor waited for me for two or more hours to get to South San Francisco to pick up my car. It did not start when he got it off the truck and he jumped it again, and left it running so that I would have a car to drive home.
I have had alot of misfortunes with my car (some I won't even begin to tell you), but Victor saved me and since it is a VW it held out for me as well.
Thank you Carla, Thank you Victor, Thank you Volkswagon!!!!
