Review:The big thing for me was promptness. I felt that there was too many phone calls that I had to make when my car was suppose to be picked up..My car was suppose to be here since last Friday, November 23 and was not picked up until Monday, November 26 and was not delivered to me until Tuesday, November 27. I was kept being told that the car would be picked up or delivered a certain time and it was not what they said and even had to missed two classes to pick up my vehicle. Although the customer service was polite, they were not equipped with enough knoweledge to address my situation. I refuse to use this company again because I felt there were too many phone calls that I had to make to get my car picked up or delivered. If it is said a date on a contract the delay should not have been three days later and cause me to miss class..that rediculous. I pray that this helps you guys to be prompt with your services. On a positive side, I felt the customer service was polite and the price was decent..not the best but decent.
