    Subject: Pick up and delivery were LATE!
    Review:They were scheduled to pick up my car on a Thursday; the car didn't get picked up until Saturday. My car was scheduled to arrive the following Sunday; I did not get my car until Tuesday evening. I called the company's number twice, and left a... [ More ]
    Response:This customer was informed that the pick up date was an estimate. then the time from pick up and delievery is an estimated 7-10 days which we met in time. also the person who picked up the phone for her is one of the owners so she did speak to someone direct. Also regarding the mileage- the customer is suppose to write the mileage on our paperwork-if they do not we cannot take their word for it. this claim is just someone who is looking for a discount- something for nothing! thank you and have a nice day!     Response:First off i would like to state that all bills of lading are the same from company to company, which is a standard contract for all carriers. secondly the complaint about the gas used and mileage does not add up correctly interesting that we used less gas then the mileage corresponding to your vehicle? thirdly there is not rating amount on BBB so please do not falsify information to make yourself sound like you know what you are talking about. Also if you take a look at the Bill of lading the contract states we are not responsible for any loose things in or out of your car. So if you love your car next time make sure you do things properly and do not blame others for your mistakes. thank you. [ view ]

    Response:First i would like to say that we are always deliever on time and we have a strict policy of calling a minim. of 24 hours in advance. we did contact the customer and if they did not answer we leave a message and then try to call again later. We would like to clarify something- the customer is complaining that we were actually ahead of schedule? it seems alittle funny because usually that is something most people strive for. well aside from that the customer was not inconvienanced and to rate us with a 2 out of 5 is really unfair. thank you.     Response:The major point for this customer is that the delievery is late and no one contacted her to inform her of this. That is actually untrue since the shipment made it before 11:59pm. Now i do understand that it was late into the evening but the driver would have definately had contacted the customer ahead of time to tell her that the time was later than she expected. Also we cannot predict the streets of every drop off point and if there are signs posted that we cannot enter than we cannot enter. we are safe and responsible and will not damage a street or chance ourselves with a ticket for 5 miles. also we work on a cash on delievery basis so we had to sign off the paperwork and then recieve payment.also there was no way we could leave a car somewhere with the keys-it can get stolen. how responsible is that? in my opinion my driver did everything right and 0 out of 5 stars for that is just rude. thank you.     Response:First of all we cannot deliever a vehicle without payment. also we are not liable for your bad maintenance of your vehicle. there was no damage to the vehicle or they would have seen the "leak" when we delievered. also if we were at fault the insurance would have sided with them. so if we are innocent of this, why complain here? this is just someone who is mad that they couldn't figure out a way to make us pay for their problems. also about the payment -who provided wrong account info.? we want to be paid so we definately provided the right info-now if someone wrote it incorrectly how can you put blame on us for that. also thank you for stating we delievered it quicker than expected- generally companies and customers appreciate a job well done but i guess for you that is a 1 out of 5 star job. very rude. thank you.
