    Response:We repaired this customer's vehicle in a five star professional body shop and paid for his rental car. This customer crashed the rental car and wanted us to pay for his rental car damages. We had to say no, as we are not responsible for the damage of the rental vehicle. That was the customer's decision to wave the insurance and we were not aware of it. The customer went angry and gave us a bad review. [ view ]

    Response:Advance Car Carrier notifies the customer in advance when the vehicle will be dropped off. Unfortunately we cannot give an exact time, as we have to deliver/pick up other vehicles and those things not always goes smooth. That customer was notified about few hours of delay as that happened. On other hand the window had an existing damage before. When the driver had to follow the loading procedure and lower the window to check if the vehicle was properly loaded, he wasn’t able to close the window back. When customer choosing an open trailer he/she is aware that vehicle can get dirty. That’s why is open trailer transporting is less expensive than covered. More people would spend an extra $10 to wash their cars just to save on transporting. Regarding $1000 auto bill that stated in the customer’s review $950 was paid for the vehicle delivery.     Response:This customer’s review is TOTALLY FALSE! The vehicle was picked up and delivered at estimated time. Our driver called the customer before noon to arrange a delivery. Customer was very rude and yelled on our driver that he is expecting his vehicle to be delivered before 4 pm on that day. To make that customer happy our driver told the customer that he can deliver his vehicle in one hour. Customer responded that he changed his mind and he doesn’t want us to deliver his vehicle, as he will pick up his vehicle by himself from our terminal. While pick up, the customer inspected his vehicle and drove away. Next thing, in an hour later he called our company and claimed that his tired was damaged. We asked the customer to make pictures and send to us, that we can see the damage. When we received the pictures, we could see that tire had a hole about 2-3 inches, that was absolutely impossible for him to drive in that tire condition for an hour, as was stated by our repair professional. The simple fact is, in these hard times, we are seeing an increase in damage claims, many of them bogus. The company needs to spend a valuable time to respond to false statements. [ view ]

    Subject: They damaged our SUV and could not care any les
    Review:We shipped our Volvo XC90 with ACC in October. The pick up went well, but when the car was delivered it was damaged and, the odometer showed that someone had drive our car for 26miles although our vehicle was supposed to be on one trailer all the way... [ More ]
    Response:The estimate for $1600 was also for all pre-existing damages made to the vehicle before transporting. According to our Bill of Lading with the terms and conditions on the reverse we are not responsible for any pre-existing damages. We only was responsible for a damage that happened during transportation, which was little dent and scratch. That damage was evaluated for no more than $300. We offered to cover only the damage that we were responsible for plus $100 for extra 26 miles, which usually paid 0.33 cents for a mile. [ view ]

    Response:The customer gives a False Statement and using a Bad language. Before the load, customer was given a copy of Bill of Lading with Terms and Conditions on the reverse that Shipper must remove any items from the Vehicle prior to transport unless built into the vehicle. If discovered in transit, such items may be secured or removed, and Advance Car Carrier (us) makes no guarantees regarding their return to Shipper. [ view ]
