First of all Edith was amazing to talk to on the phone. Very pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. If you call and she's not the one helping you hang up and call back until you get her. You won't regret it!
The transport company contacted me a day after the car was made available and picked it up the day after that. They were in contact with me the next day to let me know when expected to deliver it. It was a bit more difficult for them to get to my house since it was a new construction but they found it and delivered it a day early!
Overall I am very pleased with the service that Direct Express Auto Transport provided. If I had to do it again I'd definitely use them again.
