I bought the truck sight unseen. The seller said he had dealt with DAS before and said he could drop it off on the weekend to their terminal. That wound-up costing me an extra $90 because they had to "Call-in" a driver to put the truck in the lot. That seemed to be no-ones fault, so of course I had to pay. Next, the day it was supposed to be picked up, they called and said they couldn't load it because it had an extra hood in the back of it (which I didn't know about). It had sat in their terminal lot for 9 days, and NO ONE noticed it until the driver was picking it up?? So that cost me another 10 days before another truck came. Finally it was delivered to the terminal in Aurora, CO. I was expecting it so I took time off work to pick it up. The terminal called and said it was there, so I was getting ready to pick it up, when minutes later, one of DAS' representatives called me and said, "I want to verify your address for delivery." I told her I thought I was supposed to pick it up at the terminal, and she said, no, they will deliver it to my residence. We scheduled delivery for that Friday. Friday morning the driver at the terminal called to let me know he had one car to deliver close to where I lived first, and then he would drop mine. So I made sure someone was home all day to receive it. No one showed, and no one called. I left a message with my sales consultant, but big surprise he didn't call back. When I finally got a person on the line on Monday, she said It was supposed to be picked up at the terminal, and her records showed they confirmed that with me. I told her what happened and she said they would look into it. Of course she didn't call back, so I called them again and they said they had no record of someone calling me to tell me they would deliver it to my home. Shocker. NEVER USE THESE LYING IDIOTS!!
