Booked this company to transport a new truck, I was told that the discounted rate I was quoted did not effect the service only that I needed to be flexible on the pickup date. They were given 13 days to pick the truck up. I was told I would receive a call when this happened but no call. After calling customer service twice I called the agent, he said he would call right back, no call. after contacting another carrier I was told it would never be picked up at that rate so I called back and left message for the agent giving him the chance to refund my deposit but still no response. after booking at a higher rate with another company the truck was scheduled for pick within an hour. I am disputing the charge and do not recommend this company to anyone.
