elite auto shipper did not ship my car and would not provide refund

I tried to ship 2 cars with elite and at the last minute had to cancel one of the cars. Upon arrival of first vehicle I was told I had to pay for both, which is not what is stated in signed contract. Elite basically robbed me of $950 and has since started ignoring any direct communication between myself and him. Beware of Anthony Miller. Not an honest businessman and plenty of other brokers out there to deal with to risk getting screwed by him.
