On the day the car was scheduled to be picked up, it was pouring rain and the driver felt it was unsafe to load the car. I called Orange and they contacted the trucker and developed several alternatives very quickly, one of which was convenient for me. Orange was also very responsive and tried hard to find a trucking company for the very narrow window we offered. The car was delivered in 5 days when the original estimate was 10, and the car was in exactly the same shape as when it left, except for external dirt
