Driver was right on schedule and took care in loading the vehicle. It arrive right on schedule. I was able delay car pickup due to an extended vacation. The use of both emails and phone calls kept us informed and when pickup occurred we were able to have our daughter ready to receive the car. We are very satisfied with both the expediting group and the carrier
