FHT was contacted to ship my car from California to Virginia. They were given a date to deliver the car and were supposed to work backward to pick it up in time to meet the delivery date. My car sat in California for 10 days after it was ready for pickup. They ended up delivering the car a week later. Not only was it late, they didn't deliver it to my destination. They delivered it to a Walmart parking lot 30 minutes away. Even if I buy their claim that they couldn't deliver to a residential address, which I don't, they could have delivered it to a closer location that was only 5 minutes away. They could've let me know before hand that this would be an issue.

The dispatcher, Steve, was incredibly rude each and every time he contacted us. Their driver never wrote down (or even asked) my phone number on the Bill of Lading so they kept calling our contact in California instead of me. Okay, mistakes happen but DON'T BLAME THE CUSTOMER for your agent's incompetence.

In response to an e-mail I wrote explaining the issue, Steve, their dispatcher, wrote back threatening me:

"So you call me rude, stupid again you will have serious issues. You want compensation you should act alittle more professional."

WOW! Talk about a "professional" customer service response.

I did write that he was rude and I'll stick by that. At no time did I ever write that he was "stupid." That was HIS choice of words.

The remainder of his E-mail is replete with grammatical errors.

Yes, my car was ultimately delivered but it was a week late but we had to endure many less than professional, to use Steve's word, interactions with Steve.

Beware, should you need to contact their customer support, they will threaten you but not take any action otherwise.

I contacted the owner of the company, Arman Hashemi, via E-mail and he never responded to either of the two e-mails I sent him.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE FHT!
