Now that I have read reviews on this website I realize that this company relies on bait-n-switch tactic's to get a payment for their services. I was told that after paying the $195.00 deposit for transporting my daughter's car from Sarasota FL to Baltimore MD tha the car would be picked up by a carrier and delivered to us in 3 - 14 days. Eleven days after paying the deposit I recieved a call from Russ saying he had located a carrier, however the price upon delivery was now going to be $600 rather than the agreed upon $400. My original contact person, Daniel, is apparently no longer with the company. I have already looked into filing formal complaints against this compant with the regulatory agaency in FL tha oversees the business practices of transportation companies, as well as filing a formal complaint with the DOT.

When they wanted my business (prior to paying the deposit, as I was shopping around for the best price) I got daily calls from Daniel. Once the deposit was paid, nothing. Until 11 days lster when the price went up by $200. I am obviously very disappointed with their business practices and either want a full refund of my deposit, or for them to ship the car at the agreed price.
