WORST experience

These men were late in the time that they had given me. First, it was 10, then noon, and when I called at 1215 to find out where they were they said they would be another hour, claiming that 1 is still noon. NOT A FUNNY JOKE. The pick up was smooth and very friendly but upon delivery, my driver side window was broken and they claimed that "it broke itself." What? It broke itself? The car was filthy and had been driven 24 miles. They were unhelpful and very rude. There was no sense of urgency and made a hard move for me, even worse. I am still dealing with their terrible customer service with a $1000 auto bill. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Advance Car Carrier notifies the customer in advance when the vehicle will be dropped off. Unfortunately we cannot give an exact time, as we have to deliver/pick up other vehicles and those things not always goes smooth. That customer was notified about few hours of delay as that happened. On other hand the window had an existing damage before. When the driver had to follow the loading procedure and lower the window to check if the vehicle was properly loaded, he wasn’t able to close the window back. When customer choosing an open trailer he/she is aware that vehicle can get dirty. That’s why is open trailer transporting is less expensive than covered. More people would spend an extra $10 to wash their cars just to save on transporting. Regarding $1000 auto bill that stated in the customer’s review $950 was paid for the vehicle delivery. We deliver the vehicle ASIS.
