I shipped my 2008 BMW X5. Being a new and expensive car, I was not very comfortable shipping the car on an open carrier. They made me feel comfortable with the decision thou and the result was, ofcourse, as they promised. There was no damage to the car. The roof of my car is all glass and i was worried about the glass top but it wasin perfect condition upon arrival. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very helpful in answering my questions everytime I called them.
The car arrived in great conditions! Everything that was placed in the car, was present! The car actually arrived one day early. I had to go to pickup the car from Canada, and they were very helpful in arranging a time and place even thou the car was a day early and I wasnt prepared. I would definitley use them again. These guys know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them. I would suggest calling them directly for better quotes and not using a dealer, since the dealer does nothing but charging you an extra $200.
