Z Best is the real deal!

After getting bombarded by brokers for several days, I grew tired of the broken promises from several brokers that badgered me. They really do give the industry a bad reputation for making outlandish promises with little or no interest in backing them up.

Mario and Z Best are truly different. They are committed to direct responses and actually stand behind their word. Z Best was prompt and always responded to my questions during the stressful process to move my vehicle across the country. They did not push my car around from one carrierto another. Whenever you can deal directly with the carrier, it is a much more comforting situation than trusting your vehicle to an unknown broker bartering your vehicle to the lowest bidder.

Z Best showed up at my new home on the date that was quoted, didn't require any "up front'" deposits, and the total bill was exactly what was quoted. No surprises or changes. I cannot understand how anyone would pay an up front deposit to a broker that will never touch the vehicle, nor be responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise. I am very fortunate that Mario and the crew at Z Best were there for me.
