Richard did a great job. He was very communicative and he booked a carrier for me quicker than I expected him too. The carrier was also top notch. 4-stars instead of 5 because the price went up a bit from the time I booked him to the time he booked the carrier. Richard said this was because I had also booked with another broker and so this was creating a bidding war. (The other broker was not responding so I had to drop him.) Anyway, the price was still good and Richard was otherwise very fair and responsive and he made the transaction easy.
