Had to call at 6 pm .to find out if still being picked up on a.same day pickup and delivery. Finally picked up at 9 pm and told it will arrive by noon.called at 1 and 2 pm told have to give them time . At 60 mph it is a 4 hour drive. Asked driver and told he doesn't set times. .
