I had no idea when I was sending my prized possession (BMW Z4) to Florida from North Carolina. Joe was very kind to check in with me, as requested every so often to see if I was ready Even at 2am he responded. Arrangements for my car were made and left in 24 hrs. ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED and in PERFECT CONDITION. Thank you all for your help and making my life so much easier. Worth every dollar.
