Scheduled my vehicle to be transported on 3/19/18, the representative urged me to get the deposit in so he can get my car to me on a day or two. That was the first of faulty information, so I call Karen who is the tm of this circus and she is unwilling to play the taped conversation on what was misinformation told to me. I called again on 4/2/18, spoke with Geneva she told me today was the last day to get my car booked so I can get a refund. So Karen text me asking would.i pay 450 that 100 extra from my quote to get the car to me. I said no, by the end of all this she books with the same guy she wanted me to pay extra for on the 3rd of April. Which is past my 10 day threshold, she then tried to tell me good Friday was a holiday so she technically has until the 3rd. Wrong lady I'm not paying you to try and swindle me out of 150 bucks, you will get different info from every one you speak with. I urge you to go with better companies than this one, u ship, road runner, and any other place who gives you your deposit back when it's taking to long to book a driver.
