Bad Customer service no returned emails or phone calls

The initial person I spoke to at Xtreme transportation was Geneva, she gave me a $650 quote for delivery from Arkansas to California. She took my $150 deposit and said she'll contact me when they have a driver, mind you this is early to mid December 2016. I told her I was in no hurry for pickup could hold up for a couple of weeks. Finally I called around the last week of January, spoke to the manager this time Karen. She said they were on it and should have the vehicle picked up with in a week or so, I said cool sounds good. Called back first week of February no answer, left voice mail no call back, sent and email no reply. Finally around second week of Feb, Geneva answered, she said I don't know whats going on with your pick up let me find out she put me on hold the after a couple min she forwarded me to the company voice mail. I hung as soon as I herd the voicemail, I said to myself this is bullshit I need to speak to someone. Called back about 3 or 4 times no one answered all voice mail. Very Bad customer service till this day my car hasn't been picked up I call and nothing no body call me back when I leave messages. I sent more then a hand full of emails and still no reply, THEIFS is what they are in my book it is Feb 25, 2017 and nobody from XTREME BULLSHIT TRANSPORTATION has yet to contact me since early February. Who is the owner of this company? does anyone know ? who do I have to speak to to either get my car picked up or get my deposit back. I'll never use this company again!
