The WORST customer service ever !!

Ryan & Frank were ok on the phone but pretty much lied about everything they told me. I tried calling Frank after car did not arrive on the day agreed & another guy answered. I told him how disappointed I was in the fact the car was not there on the day we agreed & he told me I "was acting like a dickhead" My daughter called the actual company that was going to do the transportation to find out why the car was not there & the woman told her that she "must be stupid" to think the car would be on time & they "could keep her car for 30 days if they wanted to" Ryan originally told me they would charge my CC the $100 deposit after car was picked up & contract was signed, but they charged it before I signed a contract & 4 days before pick up. 2 VERY SHADY COMPANIES!!!
