My friend was in a dangerous situation—she and her son (age 13–he has autism) had to leave—without their truck of belongings. My husband and I knew we needed to get her mother reunited…and their truck with their belongings. This company went the extra mile to drive ~50 miles to meet the mother who had the key, drive another ~50 miles to retrieve the truck, and another ~50 to deliver the truck.
If this is not loyalty and dedication, I don’t know what is…both Felix and Jim were beyond compassionate to my friend’s situation. If I could give this company 10 stars I would.
