I'm too sick of these people to go into great detail, but they lied to me repeatedly and Sam insulted me a few times when I pointed out (politely, no less) that he was wrong. I foolishly let them pick up my car, which they transported on a truck which, wouldn't you know it, was NOT insured. Of course, I only found that out after said truck spontaneously caught fire, destroying my car and all of its contents. They were also incredibly unhelpful after they destroyed my belongings (probably to delay my discovery that their truck was not quite insured). This was over two months ago, and I haven't seen so much as a penny from them. Luckily, I have all sorts of documents and am working on suing their pants off.
