I didn't really care how long it took to ship my son's truck to him so price was the big factor in my decision. Worry Free had the best combination of price and quality reviews. I looked at the reviews on this site and it seemed like the only issues with WorryFree were late delivieries so that sounded ok to me. I made one mistake when I placed my order and Kim fixed it for me without any hassle. (I forgot my son moved to the next town over). I figured I might get charged extra but Kim just took care of it. That was nice. The truck got picked up on day 10. The driver called me 2 hours before he was going to be in town, and before anyone from Worry Free called. It was after the office closed so I gave my truck to someone that I really didn't know much about. Diane emailed the next morning and apologized for not calling. The truck was delivered on day 8 - both pickup and delivery times were at the long end of the advertised time frames. My son lives on a bad street so he wanted to pick the truck up at a shopping center parking lot. The truck was off the trailer and ready to go when he got there. The only minor complaint is that the driver said he thought the truck would be delivered on day 5 or 6 so it seemed like an eternity for my son, who was waiting for the truck. I would recommend Worry Free again but only to someone who could wait for a driver who just needs to fill the last spot on a trailer.

Thanks for submitting your review! Future and current customers please note: Estimated travel time for carrier trucks is longer than what it would take us to personally drive cross-country in our own cars. Carriers are restricted on how many hours they can drive per day and per week by the DOT. Therefore, carriers will only be able to get so far each day safely. Keeping regulations and safety in mind, cross-country shipments normally take a driver 7-10 calendar days (CA to NY, etc.). So it would be completely within reason for a transport from MA to the east coast to take approximately 5 days. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us.
