I work in the car business, and sold a car to a woman in Florida who wanted her vehicle for Christmas time (Monday). She paid for the vehicle, but the challenge was getting her the vehicle she paid for in a timely fashion. Diane brokered the deal and made it pleasurable for me to get this woman her car FASTER than she hoped for! I like to underpromise and overdeliver, and Diane made that possible. Her vehicle was promised to be delivered by Monday (7 days), but on CHRISTMAS DAY, she could have received her vehicle if she'd wanted it then. She actually asked for it to be delivered a day later so she could enjoy her family on Christmas Day, and her driver agreed. My name means a lot to me, because I operate on repeat and referral business. Diane kept me informed, and is now on my short directory of preferred vendors. Thanks, Diane!
