I looked up the company on the Better Business Bureau website and thought I found a reliable company to transport my car from Virginia to California.
I called them and they told me they were able to do the transport. They never mentioned that they 'will try to' but gave me an assuring speech that they will be able to.
Then the E-mail flood started.
- I got E-mails " I tried to call you" 3 times .
- I got E-mails "How is it going", "Wanted to see how you are" "Just checking in"

These are standardized mails. They do not even try calling you. I never was called by them, but they kept me sending these mails. When I called them, they did not know what I was talking about.
Second type of standardized mails are titled "We wanted to see how you are" This E-mail tell you how great this company is and that they want you business. They had mine already. so what are they talking about... annoying.
They days went by and I only got these spam mails, but still no transport information.
I called them again and they told me not to worry and to wait until the day before my final move.
Still nothing, so I called again and then they told me after putting pressure on them that there is a driver in Maine 800 miles away who maybe can pick up the car.
I pressed them to tell me if they are able to make it by tomorrow before I fly out. They finally said no. Luckily my transport company that did the household goods, was able to take my car.

I cannot recommend Wolfepack Transport to anyone who wants honest and reliable answers if they can transport your car or not. Oh they want to charge me $ 75 for cancelling my order, although they did not a thing.

And they are still sending me these standard E-mails and asking about my business.

This review is far from reality of what happened. Mr. Stefan Diekel placed an order with us on Monday 2/10/14 at 1:43pm and said that his vehicle will be ready for pickup after 2/15/14 as he is leaving Virginia on 2/16/14 and moving to California. We asked him to please make arrangements with a friend to be available so we can pickup the vehicle because having one day to pickup is difficult. As we are having really bad weather in that part of the country. We told him that we will try and get it on the 15th but we can not promise. Mr. Stefan Diekel called in on 2/14/14 at 10:38am and asked if we are picking up on the 2/15/14 and we told him that we are trying to get the truck that his vehicle going on to Virgina as quickly as possible because the driver is in Connecticut and it snowed 17 inches last night and he is waiting for the roads to clear. We told him we would call him as soon as he is on the road and we know a time that he would be in Virginia. Mr. Stefan Diekel said if we can not pick his vehicle up 1st thing tomorrow morning 4/15/14 that he will have to cancel. We explained to Mr. Stefan Diekel that we have done everything we agreed upon and that if he wants to cancel at this point we will only charge him the minimal cancellation fee of $75.00. Mr. Stefan Diekel agreed to this and thanked us because he understood that he is responsible for the full transport. So when we now see that he is complaining that we did not fulfill our obligation we find it unsettling. We did everything we agreed to do for him. If a person who lives in an area that snows can not understand that 17 inches of snow can slow you up I don't know what to say. We wish Mr. Stefan Diekel the best.
