I was quoted a 1 to 5 day timeframe on pick-up and was very surprised to have it collected and mobile already on day 2. On day 3 of this order the driver called about 3 hours out with an estimated time of arrival and a second call when he was 10 minutes away. It can't get any better than that! The subcontractor delivering this car was with Diamond Auto Transport so not all the credit goes to Wise Auto however it is ultimately their coordination and ability to work with great subcontractors that made this such a positive experience for us. Great job on everyone's part!! This is only my second time dealing with an auto transport company and I did my research when Wise came in with the lowest bid and as a person who is in business myself, I value what people say about me. Wise did offer a rebate to submit a review which is just gravy on top of the service and lower bid but since my review is on a 3rd party website and they have no control over whether it is a positive or negative review, why would I make this stuff up?
