We worked with Chanel. She helped us ship our 2003 Range Rover. I have shipped a car a time or two before. I have NEVER experienced communication like Chanel gave. She kept us updated with the entire process, from coordinating the shipment to pick up to deliver. She was so helpful and answered any questions we had. She made she kept us updated with everything that was going on and worked her hardest to accommodate to our needs.
She will definitely be our go to girl for any future car shipments.
