Sue was a great help in finding a carrier to move our vehicle from Nevada to Virginia. The actual location in Nevada was a small town (i.e. harder to find a carrier). She found one in a matter of days of my request. The price was decent, in my opinion. The driver was fine at pick up. The vehicle did end up on the top of the truck at the front of the line. If yours ends up there, prepare to have your car professionally cleaned so long as it is not winter. Mine showed up with 3000 miles of bugs on the front and windshield. Not really a problem, just an observation, and a slight pain in cleaning.

The only real issue I had was the driver's competence while lowering the vehicle to the pavement. All was well until he attached a safety chain to a flimsy rubber fitting on the front suspension. As tension increased on the chain, he pulled this particular part off. Two hours later I finally received my car back in working order -- thanks only to a nearby garage with a press. In the end, I was satisfied with the repair and the way the company handled it. I took multiple photos with my phone and called the company immediately (on a Sunday afternoon). They called promptly Monday morning and would have no problem providing additional repair from a qualified garage should the need arise. The actual company was Maple Tree Transportation.

If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't change anything.
