About 5 years ago I experienced the pain of dealing with a car carrier directly and received very poor customer service. I was gun shy about shipping the car 5 years later and wanted to avoid as much frustration as possible. After reading the reviews, I went with Wheeler --- and I can honestly tell you that what you read is true. La'Ray is dedicated and cares deeply about making sure the customer is treated fairly and honestly. I had some difficulty getting a hold of the carrier during the shipment and La'Ray was always willing to come to the rescue -- sometimes even calling me from home on the weekend. She eased my anxiety throughout the process - and was always right. Do yourself a favor and go with Wheeler. It will preserve your sanity. Trust me.
