Working with Sue Wheeler was a breeze. She was totally committed to keeping me informed and she was very responsive to my requests. She hooked me up with a shipper she works with often and who is also rated here (American Auto Transport) and the two of them were excellent communicators and reasonable to deal with. The trucker carrying my car actually got to me a day early and was very helpful in working out a convenient place for delivery. These guys work hard. Watching them unload was very educational and earned my respect. It's not as easy as you might think. They were very profesnal and did a great job. I notice that there are people who leave really scary horror stories about some of these transports and I wonder if a) it's the unhappy ones who are the loudest and are most likely to complain, skewing the number of negatives or b) whether some people through their manner of dealing with people don't somehow help create the very negative situation they say they want to avoid? I don't know, but American Auto Transport and Sue Wheeler (I would definitely work through her as broker. Her contacts and relationships with the companies will help assure you of getting that extra care which is so important . . .and it won't cost you any more) treated me and my car with kid gloves and for that I say THANK YOU SUE, THANK YOU ALEX (my driver). Great job!! If I ever need transport again, you'll definitely hear from me.
