I highly recommend Sue! I researched many shipping companies on this website before I decided on Wheeler Shipping. I chose them because they quoted me one of the lowest prices and they also had one of the highest ratings for Ohio to California. Working with Sue was very easy--she really knew what she was talking about. She was honest with us and told us straight out that she had recently had a problem with the carrier she usually uses for our route, and I really appreciated the fact that she didn't want to use them for us as a result of that problem. She ended up using a carrier that she had never used before, but she researched them for us and said they looked pretty good. She made an excellent choice--not only did my 2007 Camry arrive without any damage, but it arrived in California before I did (in just 2.5 days)! The driver called to verify pickup both the night before and the morning of pickup. He estimated his delivery time pretty well, and he was actually early. Luckily, my boyfriend was already in California so he was able to pick up my car while I was still on an airplane. My final price was slightly higher ($1000) than my original quote ($950), but still less than the quoted price from many other companies. Sue is really on top of her game!
