I was told my car would be delivered in 7 to 11 days. It was picked up on 2/19/16 and on 2/26 was told it would be delivered on 2/29/16.....well the car never showed up and no one would answer my phone calls. On 3/1 we received a call stating that the car was still on the east coast in a repair shop and the car would be delivered by 3/6 well.....the car didn't show up until 3/10...... 21 days after pick up. The worst part was the lack of communication and the lies. When the car was delivered there were things missing like K cups and we found food wrappers in the car. I guess while the truck was being repaired my car was being driven around by the truck drivers drinking my coffee. If you're looking for a reliable professional company to deliver your car on time do NOT use West Coast Auto.
