Pickup was seven days after first available date, but that wasn't a big deal once Wayne explained that was the deal as I wasn't in a rush to ship. He offered to move the pickup date up, but that it would cost more. Customer service from the broker, Wayne Webster, to the driver Mike Rogers, was much better than my previous experience with shipping my other vehicle. They both were timely and courteous in their responses to questions. Mike was great in coordinating the pickup and dropoff. The website for putting the information was excellent. I would certainly use them again.
