Terrible Service, Constant Lies, Theft by deception

I contacted Weber on August 16, 2011 to pick up a vehicle I had purchased in Roswel, New Mexico. They requested immediate in full payment of $919.00 (bank to bank transfer) which I provided. They assured me that the vehicle would be picked up in a few days. Certainly a week or less. After 14+ days they were unable to provide a hauler to pick up my vehicle. With the seller threatening to begin charging me a daily storage fee, Weber Transport admitted that they could not arrange to have the car transported. On September 2, 2012 I cancelled my order with them, requested a refund, and located another hauler. My vehicle was delivered to my door quickly by the second hauler.
Weber agreed to refund my original payment in full via a mailed check. I waited and waited. After numerous calls in which I was told, "We only issue refunds 30 days after a cancellation" and "The check is printed and will soon be mailed" and "we think the check was mailed but you have to speak with our accountant" and "Gee, we cut the check, are you sure that you did not get it?" etc. . . The refund check finally arrived on November 15, 2011 after more than10 follow-up phone calls. That is 2 1/2 months after I had requested the refund.
Well guess what? The check bounced! How is that for great service? Will I ever get my refund?

I would not recommend Weber under any circumstance.
