I had contracted with another car transportation company. They explained the car would be picked up 5-7 days or once they had 7 cars in the area. Seven days later it still hadn't been picked up and there were only 5 cars in the area.
I needed our car in California so I switched to this company. George provided excellent, professional, and timely service. He explained the reality of how drivers pick up cars based on mileage paid. I didn't mind paying more. The first company did not explain the reality of cost and the amount of time it would take if you are not paying the competititve price.
I spoke with George at 11 am and by 1:30 pm they had a driver who picked up the car the next day. We received our car 7 days later! Thanks a million!
