Horrible communication. They waited five days from the time the dealer called them to when they made the first call to a trucker. Tried to change the delivery cost. Also said they could not deliver to my door as promised. Didn't return phone calls, couldn't reach their dispatcher, endless problems. I've bought a car in Europe and had it shipped with far fewer problems.
