When I put out my request for auto transport I was swamped with responses by emails, texts and hard-sell phone calls. I turned to these boards and the BBB site to look at the customer complaints. I chose Debbie because of her high ratings and because I was immediately impressed with her honesty. There was no need to haggle since she provided her lowest price first. She also informed me that my vehicle was not in a popular shipping lane and it there could be a lengthy wait. The stars aligned and she found timely and reliable transport (Mikes Auto Transport)! The transport company made arrangements with the owners of the auto shop to pick up my vehicle outside of business hours and I was able to pick up my car last night! The driver, Jason, arrived exactly on time. Debbie saved me the time and stress of having to retrieve my vehicle myself.
