Its very funny to me that viking could respond to my review when just last night you had them take my review down because I wasn't a customer and couldn't find my order number but now all of a sudden you remember me because I still had the emails that you sent to me. But I just would like to say if lying and cheating makes you feel better about yourself and your business by all means do what you have to do. But you DID NOT send several emails with quotes you sent one it was not explained to me by your company that because I had the lowest amount that it would take longer to get my car transported now suncoast took the time to explain all of that to me thanks Don. As I said before you don't know how to conduct business and this R. H. Person I would like to know how can you even comment on anything when you weren't even who I was dealing with it was Tony so how do you know what was said to me and what wasn't . So now supposedly you would have had a truck in 2 days I was told that on Monday too but Wednesday came and still no car and no date of delivery. So continue to tell your lies but like I said I am contacting the bbb and just to let everyone know this company has a D rating with the bbb and 14 complaints already you can check it out for yourself. Just wanted to get that off. My chest. Now have a great day and continue with your lies.

Miss Manley we at Viking Auto regret that your car was not picked up on a timely manner. I will make a strong point addressing your comment that we lied to you and gave you the run around. We provided you with three different prices to move your car, and you chose the least expensive, it was explained to you that the price that you were choosing was the cheapest, so your car was last in line, since there were other cars paying more to drivers. This was all explained to you at the beginning, but you still chose the least expensive way, that usually takes longer to pick up the vehicle. If you could have waited two more days we had a driver for you confirmed to pick up your vehicle but you chose to ignore it as you mention here in this review., you told us that you did not wish to wait that you would make other arrangements. Again we emphasize that Viking did not lie to you or gave you the run around on the contrary,and R.H. is Richard Hernadez one our dispatchers that was working in the background finding you a driver. So he is quite knowlegable with your account. Tony
