Viking Transport - BEWARE!

Paid $130 deposit appx 6/24/10
Scheduled ship date: 7/6/10
Vehicle never shipped
Asked for a refund of deposit: appx middle of Oct. 2010
We were supposed to receive refund on: 10/20, then 10/28, and then on 11/4 - per Tony and Richard
Left voicemails wth no return calls. I will be more than happy to share string of emails showing my communication with Viking, and their lack of refunding my $130 deposit.
I simply want my deposit money back for a service that was not provided. I should not have to fight for it, spend my time chasing it, or getting a run - around.

There is nothing that can be said as a response from Viking that would change these facts:
I paid a depsoit. The vehicle wasn's shipped. I have been promised a refund. I still have not received the refund almost a month later after asking and 4 months after the vehicle was supposed to ship.

I JUST WANT MY DEPOSIT MONEY BACK

Dear Robin, I do apologize for the delay in your refund. But we did have conversation regarding why the refund was delayed and we thought that you were fine with that. We told you tat a check has been mailed out to you for $130, that I personally took your information regarding were to send $130. The check for $130 has been mailed to the address that you provided me. Again I do apologize for the delay in your refund since it was an internal error. But I assure you that check has been mailed to you. ,,,,Richard
