this was my first time ever using an auto hauling company, and i feel that it could and should have been a little better. Mr. Tony was never rude or hostile in any way , however i just feel that it should have been better communicated on what to expect and updated better. reason being the car was never picked up niether was it ever "bidded on by a trucker" to be picked up, i definitely know what bidded on by a trucker means now. going into this whole thing i thought you pay the the deposit , then you get an estimated time then a trucker picks up the car. but after talking to several truckers that is not in no way the case. so that being said.
I WILL NOT SAY that this iis a bad company or bash anyone in anyway but i will say please do a better job explaining to your customers who have never shipped before so WE will know what to expect thats all.
