i choose this company coz they give me a good price.
from the first time i call them.they asked me to pay 200 surchage to ship today. i said no.
i call them everyday, they said many drivers go to NY from TX, but all of them asked for 200 surcharge.
2 weeks latter , i decided to switch to another company called DAS.they shipped my car the second day,and delieverred after 6 days.
i really dont understand,if u know u cant make the deal why u give me a good price at the beginning and try to get the 200 surcharge to ship my car. and, when u know drivers not willing to ship my car, why u never call me or contact me. i guess u will never talk to me if i dont call u.
and by the way, this company's telephone is so hard to connect. if u dont believe me , u can try to call them. i think 9 out of 10 calls go to the voice mail.
Everybody, please listen to me.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
DAS is much more better!
feel free to email me to share my bad experience with viking auto trans.

Mr. Ding contracted with Viking Auto Transport to transport his vehicle from Texas to New York, at the time that he set up his reservation he was asked when he wanted his vehicle picked up, and he told us “tomorrow and that he needed a guarantee”. We informed him that we needed at least 5 days to schedule a truck. We also explained to him, which is clearly stated in our quote, that we offer rush service pick up within 24 to 48 hrs for an additional $200. Mr. Ding told Tony that he was not going to pay the rush service of $200. We told Mr. Ding that we would do our best to find him a truck write away but without the rush fee of $200 that it would probably take the 5 days. Mr. Vi Ding, says in his complaint “that he could never get a hold of us,” but at the same time he “says that he would call everyday.” And this is exactly what he did up to 7 to 8 times per day everyday, and we had numerous conversations with him. From the first day that he set up with Viking he was not willing to wait the 5 days, he wanted to get picked up write away with a guarantee, but he was not willing to pay the additional $200 that was explained to him at the upstart of contracting with Viking. Mr. Ding finally canceled after three days that we had his order, if he would have been patient to wait another 48 hrs, Viking would have had a truck to transport his vehicle!! Mgr. Richard H.
