This was my second time shipping a car cross-country, and I wish I had used Viking the first time. From scheduling a pickup online, to following up with Viking's staff, everything was very clear about the process. I honestly didn't expect to have my car for 8-10 days, but my driver stayed in touch with me the whole way and was completely on time - I ended up getting my car in 3 days. If Viking is always this good about the drivers they choose, you'll be in good hands.
